The following terms are applicable for any products that You purchased with Us.

Interpretation and Definitions

Interpretation

The words of which the initial letter is capitalized have meanings defined under the following conditions. The following definitions shall have the same meaning regardless of whether they appear in singular or in plural.

Definitions

For the purposes of this Return and Refund Policy:

  • Company (referred to as either “the Company”, “We”, “Us” or “Our” in this Agreement) refers to Kaihatsu Pro Private Limited, 448, 4th Cross, Church St, Thippasandra, Bangalore, INDIA 560075.
  • Goods refer to the items offered for sale on the Service.
  • Orders mean a request by You to purchase Goods from Us.
  • Service refers to the Website.
  • Website refers to Kaihatsu Pro, accessible from https://www.kaihatsupro.com
  • You means the individual accessing or using the Service, or the company, or other legal entity on behalf of which such individual is accessing or using the Service, as applicable.

Your Order Cancellation Rights

  • By signing the Registration Form, the contracting organization (hereinafter referred to as “the client”) acknowledges that it has read, understood and accepted the
  • Terms and Conditions outlined hereunder.
  • The client is liable to make payment in full to Kaihatsu Pro within 5 working days from the date of issue on the invoice. Kaihatsu Pro reserves the right to refuseentry to any client who has not paid the invoiced amount in full. The client may be requested to provide a credit card guarantee against the outstanding amount iffull payment has not been received. All sales are final. There will be no refunds for any cancellations, partial or in full, made by the client. If the client decides tocancel, the full invoice remains payable. Kaihatsu Pro can grant to the client a Credit in full for the amount paid by the client to Kaihatsu Pro if the cancellation ismade prior to a period of 30 days before the date of the training. The Credit will be valid for one year from the date of issue and is redeemable, up to the value ofthe Credit, for participation at any training of Kaihatsu Pro. In the event of a cancellation made by theclient less than 30 days prior to the date of the event, KaihatsuPro will not make a refund, nor will issue a Credit Note.

Kaihatsu Pro reserves the right to modify the content, timing, trainers or venue of the training should circumstances dictate. The event may be postponed orcancelled due to acts of terrorism, war, extreme weather conditions, industrial action, force majeure or any event beyond the control of Kaihatsu Pro. Should sucha situation arise, Kaihatsu Pro endeavors to reschedule the event. However, Kaihatsu Pro cannot be held responsible for any cost, damage or expenses incurred bythe client as a consequence of the training being postponed or cancel. Any dispute arising under or by virtue of this Registration Form shall be settled before thecompetent Court Bangalore, Karnataka, India The Training Fee includes, and is limited to: • Training Documents • Training Sessions

Conditions for Refund & Cancellation

All sales are final. There will be no refunds for any cancellations, partial or in full, made by the client. If the client decides to cancel, the full invoice remains payable. Kaihatsu Pro can grant to the client a Credit in full for the amount paid by the client to Kaihatsu Pro if the cancellation is made prior to a period of 30 days before the date of the training.
