As soon as the program registration has been confirmed, we start working towards a pre training evaluation process, in order to analysis every candidate’s personal challenges in his/her current job role.

A Detailed Interview Process will be conducted with the business owner, to see if any special requirements are need by the owner.
On the other hand a set of structured pre training assessments in the form of Questionnaires, Case Studies, Role based Simulations etc will be played out with the attendant (Innovative SMS reminders in the form of Fun Invitations, Joking Teasers etc.. will also be sent as reminders to complete the assessment)
