Pre Training Module:
Our Pre-training assessment is mandatory, in order to understand the learners prior knowledge. This particular module is extremely important to implement as it makes it easier for the learner to understand if he/she qualifies for the program in the first place. On the other hand this assessment module is also important for the instructor who can then finally train a more homogeneous audience, where all the learners are on the same page.
Post Training Module:
Whether or not the program has helped the learner is a major criteria to us. It is a mandatory step for our firm to conduct a post-training evaluation questionnaire in order to understand the learners’ final perception of the program, because at the end of the day, the learner’s feedback regarding their training program is one that also measures how successful we are as a organization
